---- Chapter 17 The next morning, Bianca dressed to the nines as usual and waited outside Julian's apartment with a bouquet of roses. It did not take long before Julian showed up. "Morning, Jules," she greeted warmly. "That suit looks amazing on you. It complements your skin tone. " " "T brought you breakfast again," she added quickly. You never liked the food I used to bring for you, so you always threw it away.
After being in Kyrevia for so long, you must be sick of Kyrevian cuisine by now, right? "That's why I woke up early and prepared this for you. It's your favorite Firthcombe delicacy! It's still hot. Try it!" She opened a blue insulated container and handed it to Julian. Inside, the food was still steaming hot. Leading up to this moment, Julian never even spared a glance at the food Bianca brought, let alone touched it.

This time, however, he hesitated for a few seconds before reaching out to take the container. Bianca's heart was filled with joy. He had accepted it! This meant that he was wavering. Her persistent efforts were working. Julian was finally willing to eat ---- the breakfast she prepared. As long as she stayed persistent, she would absolutely win his heart back! Bianca could barely contain her excitement , but she forced herself to stay composed.
"IT know you've not forgiven me," she said gently." You're just craving Firthcombean cuisine . 1 know a single breakfast won't make up for what I did. "Jules, I just want a chance to make things right, even if it takes the rest of my life. As long as you don't push me away, just being allowed to see you again is good enough." It was a heartwrenching speech. It might have stirred sympathy in any other man, but not Julian. He knew far too well that this was not her true thoughts.
Bianca was just smooth with her words. He had fallen for her lies before, and he would not be fooled again. He took a slow breath and steadied his emotions. " Bianca, I'm willing to forgive you, but only on one condition." Bianca's eyes lit up. "Anything. I'll do it, no matter what. Even if you have a hundred conditions, I'll agree to every single one!" At that, Julian smiled. "Just one is enough." Right on cue, a sports car pulled up beside them.
A ---- stunning Firthcombean woman stepped out of the car. Julian took the woman's hand and turned to Bianca. " This is Whitney Linares. She's like a sister of mine. When I first arrived , I got into a terrible car accident. "Alone in a foreign country , I was scared out of my mind. If it wasn't for Whitney, who happened to pass by and take me to the hospital, I might have died." He glanced at Whitney affectionately. "Her grandmother's gravely ill and doesn't have much time left.
Her only dying wish is to hold her great- grandchild before she goes. So, Whitney needs someone to help her have that child." Julian continued, "She saved my life, Bianca. As long as you agree to let me have a child with Whitney, I'll agree to marry you again."
