---- man, could I really ruin what he and she have? Damn it. Of course I can't. And I won't. How stupid of me to even think of it. The reality is, I meant nothing to Cammie. I just had to accept that. I woke up the next morning feeling all the heavy feelings I have felt the other night. The difference of this morning from the other mornings of sadness , was that this one I was actually one-hundred percent sober. And it felt worse than those other mornings .

Despite my efforts of falling back to sleep, I just couldn't, knowing Cammie was out there getting prepared for her wedding. I slept around five a.m. when I finally hushed the voices in my head. My head turned to the clock beside my bed, it read seven a.m. What a damn waste of time, that supposed 'sleep' was. My ass busted out of bed and scurried in the kitchen where the two lovebirds were already preparing. "Hey - oh wow, you look terrible." Tiff says as she fixes me with a mug of coffee.

"Tell me about it. I slept for two hours." I say, earning me a sad half smile from Tiff, something she always does when I was blue. "What's worse is that I'm sober. God, why am I sober?" "Wow, that bad huh?" Pete says, putting two slices of ---- bread together , between was peanut butter and jam. After he does so, he grabs a bottle of whiskey and looks to me for permission. "I permit you to have Irish coffee - ouch!" Tiff immediately slaps him in the arm.

But to their surprise-well, mine too-I shake my head to decline. "Nah, I don't really feel like it." Tiff sits down beside me, "Oh god, this is worse than when you were broken with Pam. Christ! You've turn down whiskey!" Peter and I chuckle in chorus, Tiff was full-on freaking out. "Now Gail," she looks at me all serious now, "you have to answer me honestly, okay?" "Okay." Seeing Tiff freak out has made my day less shitty. Tiffany was serious now that not even Peter dared to make a joke.

"Do you love Cameron?" I scoffed again, "No, I don't... W-why do you ask?" Tiff lets out a breath, "Phew! Okay... Okay, well, that's good news. Because if you were, well, that'd be messy. " Inodded to Peter, he was smiling now, ready to pounce the second Tiff was silent. "She's getting married today, after all. If you were in love with her, it'd be an explosion." "y-yeah. Great that I'm not, right?" I grinned at the two of them, feeling all sad again for some reason. ---- "Right." Tiff says.

"Imagine if you did love her, and you went to the Plaza to stop the wedding!" She laughs but my body stops in place. After a second as she looked over the two of us, how I and Pete were not moving, and how Pete's mouth drew a circle in shock. "Y-you just told her!" It was my turn to look over the two of them. Tiff's hands covered her face now. Peter, however, stood up as soon as I did, ready to block the doorway if I started to make a run for it.

"Oh my god, I can't believe I just did that..."" Her voice was still muffled from the realization of how slippery her mistake was. The Plaza, I thought all of the sudden, she was going to get married at The Plaza! "S-so The Plaza, huh?" The two of them eyed my reaction, seeing if they needed to take precautionary actions of just soothe me down again. "I'm so sorry, sweetie." Tiff finally says as she read the sadness from my face. "Can you at least tell me what time she'll be married?

"When Peter waved his hand at me! started to plead out of desperation, "Please!"
