Simon nodded with a grin, "You people don't ask me questions , but I knew she's gay." I turn to him, my eyes as wide as possible, but then I tried to keep it inside.

"Well, I didn't know her wedding was a sham, but I did know she's gay." "T hate you." I whisper towards him and he chuckles, whispering I know back at me as we parted. My eyes turn to Cameron , the only woman I would want to stare at inside this room. I manage to give her asmile, and she returns it instantly. I also give Peter, who was waiting down the aisle with me, a nod. A few moments later, Tiffany walks towards him.

Peter was welling up so badly at the sight of her, and I couldn't rejoice these two as hard as I was rejoicing them now. The ceremony was fast but the feelings of joy, and the overriding realization of a pact was still there. It ended and we proceeded to the reception. I joined Cammie's side at her table. ''They look so happy." She says, looking over at Tiff and Pete as they danced. 1 manage to nod and watch with her.

"You know, every time I attend a wedding I always manage to find ---- myself envying the bride and groom. It's just... it's just that, I want that. I want to fall in love and feel it and describe it as well as writers describe it in the books." I was mesmerized by her as she spoke, when she realized this, she shook her head and chuckle. " I'm sorry. It's all so cheesy, I know." Ishook my head now, "No, no, it's perfectly normal." I take a pause as I remembered how I was just a week ago.

"I actually said the things you were saying about a week ago. So, I know exactly how you feel." Cameron takes a moment to look at me, her lips were in full view and I could have just kissed her right there. I could easily read what she was thinking. And, if she knew how felt, I know she'd be able to read mine too. "I'm gay." She suddenly says, making me cough a little bit. "W-what?" I say as I was taken aback by her sudden confession.

"Didn't I ask you that one time if you thought I was straight or not? Well, I'm answering it now. I'm gay." I manage to nod slowly, "I expected you to be more surprised than that." She says with a chuckle. Ina snap as she says that, I act as if I was surprised. "I -Iam. Really. I really, really, really am." It was her turn to slowly nod, a little suspicious . But she shakes it off immediately and ask me a question.

" Now, tell me the woman you like." ---- I tried not to choke on my saliva again. How was I supposed to dodge this one? "Right... the deal about the question." Cameron flashes me a big grin, she took a sip off her champagne and waited for my answer. "Well, since you caught me off guard. I have to hold answering that question until the end of the day." "What?" She says with a big smile, her hand playfully slaps my arm. "That's not fair!" I had a big grin now.

Oh how I would be so happy to playfully kiss her all the time when I finally can. Imagine how free we would be, imagine all the night talks, the jokes, the kisses, the staying over and cooking . I'm a goddamn lucky woman. "I swear I'll tell you, alright? I'm j-just, focusing on Tiff and Peter right now." My eyes turn to the two again, they were still dancing. Cammie follows my train of sight and she smiles." Alright." A few hours later, Tiff and Pete were on their way home.

All the guests had fun and were tired. Me, on the other hand, was still alive as ever. Ihad a few hours to prepare the candlelight dinner uphill. It was this gorgeous view of the city, it loomed afar and it had this sense of clarity as you stare down the big city.
