Alpha’s Badass Mate novel

---- smiles at-people who stare at Ashly as they talk. Alex wants Ashly all to himself. But her mate is not some housewife -type Omega; she is dependent and now even considered one of the hottest Omegas in their city, but she wants to snap at everybody who will look at her with adoration. Alex wants to feel Ashly's body against his. As Ashly saunters towards him, her hips unconsciously swaying, she gives Alex the widest smile she can muster.

Alex immediately stands up and envelops his mate in a tight hug, his arms snaking around Ashly's body. Ashly's curvy waist and small body fit right in his hands, as if she were made for Alex, as if her body was molded just for Alex to hold. The hug lasts longer than expected, with neither of them wanting to let go. Alex feels Ashly clutching his shirt, and Alex grips tighter.

Everyone's attention is on them, clapping and shouting, thinking that the hug is purely romantic and that they are just overwhelmed with the undying love and support from their friends and others. It is partly true, but the reason they can't let go of each other is because they miss each other. Their school life is going to end soon, and now they are going to start a new journey.

Because of the major success of their batch, it served as a door to a lot of big opportunities for both Alex and Ashly. Being artists and doing lots of new art projects , taking admission ---- to the best university , studying, and doing different types of good jobs-they've done it all. Because of this, Alex knows they'll spend less time with each other in the future. Sure, they do work on some of these projects together, but they are also growing as individuals.

Alex was so proud of Ashly, and he couldn't be happier for them both, but this also meant fewer meet-ups and lots of dates. Alex feels Ashly's body squirm in his arms, and the latter places a very faint kiss on the corner of Alex's neck. Alex's body sparks with desire, and he wants to ask more, to feel Ashly's lips against his skin, but he doesn't. To everybody else, the action looks as if Ashly is just nuzzling her head against Alex's neck before letting go of him.

Alex wants to run away with Ashly. As they let each other go, Alex catches Ashly's eyes for a brief second, and they exchange a silent agreement later. They wave and smile at the people in their venue, and everybody claps louder. They take their seats, their chairs angled towards each other, and everybody turns their attention back to the stage or to whatever they were doing before Ashly's warm speech.

Soon enough, dinner is served, and the people at the party begin to merrily chatter with each other. Alex and Ashly are swarmed with guests too, congratulating them and asking them about their next plan or their future plans, and then they'll ---- excuse themselves . Another group of guests would approach not even a minute later, and the cycle of repeating questions would begin again. Alex doesn't mind, though.

This is his last day, of course, and he is good with it, so he musters his most dashing smile and tries his best to answer all the questions thrown at him. Their respective teachers for Alex and Ashly and the school's administrators soon joined them at their table. Their bodies are turned away from each other as they speak to other people at their table, but their hands are laced under the table.

Alex keeps on rubbing his thumb against Ashly, and Ashly will occasionally pinch or squeeze his hand softly. Alex wants this party to be over. The night drags on really slowly. He is trying so hard to keep his composure, but his cheeks are already hurting from smiling all night, and he doesn't like the dessert being served. Alex is a better dessert than this -sweeter and more delicious , he thinks to himself.

Don't get him wrong; he is happy to celebrate their successes, but their school life is ending, and his relationship with Ashly stars in He will always be thankful for the undying love and support from his teachers . He will always be thankful for school and the facility members who gave him and Ashly an opportunity to showcase their talents. Of course, without taking admission to this school, he would have never met Ashly. He would ---- have never had the best times of his life. But tonight, as he feels Ashly's hands on his, he can't wait for the event to end and just go home and take over Ashly's flawless white body.
